Shipping, Return And Exchange Policy

H.M.O.R. business hours are 8:00am to 8:00pm PST Monday to Friday except holidays


Orders are processed Monday through Friday during normal business hours.

Domestic US orders will be shipped UPS or FedEx ground. However 3 Day, 2 Day and Next Day shipping are available. We do not ship orders to PO Boxes. Freight carriers are available for large orders.

Shipping on all orders is to be pre-paid, and we do not accept C.O.D. (Cash On Delivery) orders. Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed within the next 24 hours. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the next business day. If an order will be delayed or has items that are backordered, we will do our best to contact you as soon as possible.

All shipping charges are estimates only.  In rare cases, H.M.O.R. may have to make adjustments.  You will be contacted by an H.M.O.R. representative if this should happen.

Inspect your shipment upon arrival. We cannot be responsible for damages to shipments caused by the carrier! Report any damage or shipping related breakage immediately to the carrier.

Downloadable products are available after checkout and on the “Downloads” tab after you login to your account.



You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once the order is processed and shipped, you may receive, via email, a shipping confirmation that contains tracking information. Once a product is shipped, the Return and Exchange Policy will apply.



If you received an item that is damaged, defective, missing parts, an incorrect quantity, the wrong item, if you have not received your items in a timley fashion, or if you made a return but have not received a refund, then call us right away at 925-315-9276.



Returned parts are subject to a 10% restocking fee. You are responsible for any return shipping.  Any unused merchandise in the original packaging may be returned within 20 days of the original purchase date. There are no returns on any and all electrical items, coil springs, special orders, sale items on discount, discontinued items, parts that were sold as “Good used item,”  or limited offer items. No returns will be accepted of damaged or used items.

Exchanges will appear as two separate transactions if different items are involved.

All returns MUST be approved by H.M.O.R. and require an RMA number. Do NOT ship us any product for return without an RMA number. Items received without a valid RMA number will be held for up to 20 business days waiting for return approval. After the 20 business days have passed, H.M.O.R. has the right to consider the unapproved returned merchandise as abandoned and may claim the merchandise as property of H.M.O.R.

No returns will be accepted without the RMA number and completed Return Form below. Include the original packaging and a copy of your invoice. Recent orders are available for view on the “Orders” tab after you login to your account at

Your refund amount will be issued to the same method of purchase you used for the original purchase. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable, unless we made a significant mistake in the order.
